This notice describes how personal data is processed for those who visit incarichiprivati.it or write to the contact address, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Lelio Pellegrini, registered office at Piazzale Brescia 16, Milan, Italy, VAT number 05422890961. Contact: michele@incarichiprivati.it.
What data is processed
- Browsing data. Like every website, the servers hosting the pages automatically record technical data, for example IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. This is needed for the operation and security of the site.
- Data you provide voluntarily. If you write to michele@incarichiprivati.it, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
The site has no data collection forms, does not require registration and does not use analytics or profiling tools.
Purposes and legal bases
- Ensuring the operation and security of the site: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Replying to requests received by email: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
- Complying with legal obligations, where applicable: Art. 6.1.c.
Recipients of the data
Data is neither sold nor disclosed. It may be processed by providers delivering technical services on behalf of the controller, appointed as processors where required, in particular OVH SAS for site hosting and email (data centres in the European Union).
Links to third-party sites
The site contains links to acquisai.com. When you follow a link you leave this site: data processing on the other site is governed by its own notice. Links carry campaign tracking parameters (utm type) indicating that the visit comes from incarichiprivati.it, without containing personal data.
Retention
Browsing data is kept for the technically necessary time set by the hosting provider. Emails received are kept for the time needed to reply and, if a relationship arises, for the periods required by law.
Transfers outside the EU
The controller does not intentionally transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. When emails are sent to providers based outside the EU, the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise them write to michele@incarichiprivati.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
